These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dashboard.videobusinessmastery.com and related Video Business Mastery services (the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by Five Day Film School Limited, trading as Video Business Mastery("VBM", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

By creating an account, logging in, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who may use the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You must use the Platform for legitimate business or professional purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

2. Membership and access

Access depends on your membership, trial, or programme status. Features may differ by plan. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. Trial or gated features may require completing certain steps before unlock.

Fees, billing intervals, and cancellation rules are as stated in your checkout, invoice, or member agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

3. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your own business during an active membership. You must not:

• Share your login or resell access without our written permission
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute Platform content except for your personal business use
• Reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt the Platform
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Use the Platform to spam, harass, or mislead third parties
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified fact where it is not

4. Your content and CRM data

You retain ownership of content you submit (including CRM records, notes, transcripts, and community posts). You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Platform and provide support.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you store about prospects and clients, including having a valid basis to contact them and complying with marketing and privacy laws that apply to you.

5. AI features

AI tools produce suggestions and drafts. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you send externally. We do not guarantee AI results, rankings, or business outcomes.

6. Optional email connection

If you connect Gmail or another mailbox, you authorise the Platform to access that mailbox within the permissions you grant, to suggest leads, help draft or send messages you approve, and related CRM features. You can disconnect at any time. You remain responsible for messages sent from your account and for complying with Google's terms and applicable email/marketing laws.

7. Community

Community posts and comments should be professional and respectful. We may remove content or restrict access that breaches these Terms or harms other members. Do not share other members' private information without permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, branding, course materials, frameworks, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are transferred to you.

9. No earnings guarantees

Video Business Mastery provides education, software, and advisory support. We do not sell a business opportunity or guarantee income. Examples of results are illustrative, not typical, and not promises. Your results depend on your effort, market, skill, and implementation.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the Platform in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or fail to pay fees when due. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
